Writing Hyderabad property listings: DIY with the free TG-RERA checklist, or a ₹299 broker kit?
Partner programme opening soon: join the free waitlist. Planned terms are 50% of each referred sale (75% once you have 5+ paying customers), single level, paid through Gumroad only from revenue received.
Short answer: You can write listings that follow TG-RERA's ad rule yourself, for free. TG-RERA's public notice (issued under Section 37 of the RERA Act, 2016) says advertisements of real estate projects in print, hoardings or any visual medium must show the competent authority's project permit number, the TG-RERA registration number and the TG-RERA website in the top right corner, in a font at least as large as the contact details; radio, electronic media and SMS ads must prominently mention the registration number and approval details. Our free 1-page checklist puts that in a copy-paste box. The ₹299 kit adds 20 fill-in-the-blank captions for rentals, resales, plots, offices and shops with that box built in — useful only if writing captions eats your time.
The rule, in the regulator's words
From TG-RERA's public notice “For the attention of promoters of real estate projects”: advertisements “shall mention the Competent Authorities PROJECT PERMIT NUMBER and REGISTRATION NUMBER along with TGRERA Website” in the top right corner, with a font size equal to or larger than the font used for the project contact details and address (TG-RERA public notice, PDF). Rentals and resales of completed homes are a different situation; the notice is about real estate projects. Not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions
What must a Telangana real estate project advertisement show under TG-RERA?
TG-RERA's public notice, issued under Section 37 of the RERA Act 2016, says ads must show the competent authority's project permit number, the TG-RERA registration number and the TG-RERA website in the top right corner, in a font at least as large as the contact details. Radio, electronic and SMS ads must prominently mention registration and approval details.
Do I need a paid kit to follow the TG-RERA ad rule?
No. The rule is free to read on rera.telangana.gov.in, and Unadhi's free 1-page checklist gives you a copy-paste box for the permit number, registration number and website. The ₹299 Hyderabad Broker Listing-Content Kit only adds ready caption templates, useful if writing captions takes up your time.
What is in the ₹299 Hyderabad Broker Listing-Content Kit?
Twenty fill-in-the-blank captions for rentals, resales, plots, offices and shops, plus a 6-line listing checklist with the TG-RERA ad box already built in. It is a one-time ₹299 instant download. It is listing content only and includes no leads. Not legal advice.
Does the TG-RERA advertisement rule apply to rentals and resales?
The public notice is addressed to promoters of real estate projects. Rentals and resales of completed homes are a different situation. Before using any registration number in an ad, verify the project on rera.telangana.gov.in and check the latest notices there. This is general information, not legal advice.
Should a broker write listing copy themselves or buy templates?
Stay DIY if you post a few listings a month, enjoy writing them or already have caption templates; just add the TG-RERA box. A template kit helps if you post many listings a week across rentals, resales and plots and want ready lines with the ad box in place.
Do I need the paid kit to follow the rule?
No. The rule is free to read on rera.telangana.gov.in and our free checklist gives you the box to copy. The kit only adds ready caption templates.
Does the kit include leads?
No. It is listing content only.
Not legal advice. Unadhi is not affiliated with TG-RERA. Check the latest notices on rera.telangana.gov.in. Competitor prices and plans change; re-check their pricing pages before you decide.
