Prisync alternative for tracking a few Shopify and WooCommerce competitors

Short answer: Prisync is a dedicated competitor price-monitoring service with a dynamic pricing engine. Its pricing page lists a 14-day free trial with no card and, for URL-based monitoring, Professional at 99 a month (up to 100 products, unlimited competitors, prices updated 3 times a day), Premium at 199 (up to 1,000 products) and Platinum at 399 (up to 5,000); channel-based and hybrid plans cost more, and API access is +20%. Add-on prices on the same page are in US dollars. If you only need the full product and price list of a few independent Shopify or WooCommerce competitors before a sale, our Apify Actor reads those shops' structured data directly, is free during launch, and you pay only Apify platform usage. For ongoing monitoring with alerts, matching, repricing and marketplaces, Prisync is the better pick.
The pain this page is about
Black Friday is on 27 November 2026. You want to know what three competitors sell, at what price, and what is already on sale — without paying a monthly fee for a full year of monitoring you may not use.
Side by side (from public pages)
| Prisync | Unadhi Shopify & WooCommerce Product + Price Tracker (Apify) | |
|---|---|---|
| Main job | Monitor competitor prices and stock for your products; reports, price position, dynamic pricing engine (Premium+) | Export every product of independent Shopify, WooCommerce and schema.org shops in one run |
| How products are set up | You add competitor URLs per product (URL-based), or track sales channels; competitor matching is a paid service “available to order” | Paste the shop URL; the Actor reads the whole catalogue. Matching to your own products is up to you (e.g. by GTIN or SKU in a sheet) |
| How often | 3 times a day (URL-based); daily for channel-based products | When you run it, or on a schedule you set with Apify Schedules |
| Alerts and history | Daily email notifications (Premium), instant notifications and price history (Platinum) | None built in; each run is a dataset you compare yourself |
| Marketplaces | Marketplace price tracking (Premium+) | Refused by design: never fetches Amazon, eBay, Flipkart and other marketplaces |
| Price (public, read 20 Oct 2026) | URL-based: 99 / 199 / 399 per month (100 / 1,000 / 5,000 products). Channel-based: 199 / 399 / 599, +100 or +200 per extra channel. Hybrid: 299 / 599 / 799. API +20% | Actor fee: free during launch. Apify platform usage only; Apify Free plan includes $5 of usage a month |
| Trial | 14 days free, no credit card or contract | No trial needed; listing pages are free in the Actor's design and skipped shops are not charged |
Function summary in our own words, not a review.
Who should pick Prisync instead
- You need automatic monitoring of your own products against competitors several times a day, with email alerts.
- You want a dynamic pricing engine, MAP monitoring, or marketplace prices.
- You want someone else to handle product matching and you never want to open a spreadsheet formula.
Who our Actor fits better
- You need a snapshot of a few competitors' whole catalogues (price, sale price, stock, SKU/GTIN) before a sale or a range review.
- Your competitors are independent Shopify or WooCommerce shops, not marketplaces.
- You would rather pay a few cents of cloud usage per run than a monthly plan.

Try it on three shops first
Actor fee: free during launch · you pay only Apify platform usage
The Shopify & WooCommerce Product + Price Tracker is a pay-per-usage Actor on Apify: you pay only for the platform resources the run uses, with no extra developer charge (Apify docs). Apify's free plan is $0 and includes $5 of platform usage a month, no credit card (apify.com/pricing). Listing pages are free in the Actor's own design, and shops that are skipped or return nothing cost nothing. We do not quote a cost per 1,000 products; run a small test and read the usage in your Apify billing page. Built and published by Unadhi (disclosure).
Free gift: copy-paste input for a three-shop price check
Read the SHOPS_SUMMARY record after the run: it tells you which shops were skipped and why. No code at all? You can also read one Shopify shop's public catalogue in your browser at /products.json for free: see how to export a Shopify or WooCommerce product list to CSV and build a competitor price sheet.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Prisync cost?
Prisync's pricing page (read 20 Oct 2026) lists URL-based monitoring at 99 a month for up to 100 products, 199 for up to 1,000 and 399 for up to 5,000, with a 14-day free trial. Channel-based plans start at 199 and hybrid at 299 a month; API access costs an extra 20%.
Does the Unadhi Actor send price-change alerts?
No. It returns a dataset per run. You can schedule runs with Apify Schedules and compare datasets in a sheet. If you need alerts and history out of the box, a monitoring service like Prisync does that.
Can the Actor track Amazon or Flipkart prices?
No. It refuses marketplaces by design and only reads independent shops whose robots.txt and terms allow it.
What does a run cost?
No Actor fee during launch; you pay Apify platform usage. We do not quote a cost per 1,000 products because it depends on the shops; run three shops first and read the usage in Apify billing.
Not legal advice. Check each shop's terms before you collect its data; the Actor skips shops whose robots.txt or terms forbid it. Competitor prices and plans change; re-check their pricing pages before you decide. Spotted an error about any product on this page, including ours? Write to mininglife7@gmail.com and we correct it.
