Short answer: They answer different questions. Prospeo is a B2B contact database and enrichment tool: you search people and companies with filters (28 to 41 depending on plan), find verified work emails and direct mobile numbers, and sync to a CRM. Its pricing page (checked 25 Oct 2026) shows a Free plan with 100 credits a month and paid plans per user: Starter $49 a month (2,000 credits), Growth $99 (5,000) and Pro $249 (15,000), or 25% off billed yearly ($441, $888 and $2,241 a year with all credits upfront). One verified email costs 1 credit, a mobile number 10 credits, and credits do not roll over. Our Website Contact Scraper on Apify is not a database: it reads each company's own website and returns the role emails, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers and social links that site publishes, with the page each came from. It is free during launch; you pay only Apify platform usage. If you need named decision-makers by job title, pick Prospeo. If you already have a list of company websites and want what each business publishes, try ours.

The pain this page is about

“I have a list of 400 small-business websites from Google Maps. I don't need the CFO's mobile number; I need the shop's own email and WhatsApp so I can ask one simple question.” A contact database starts from people and filters. A website contact scraper starts from the websites you already have. Pick by where your list starts.
