Short answer: SetAIComply is a full EU AI Act compliance platform: AI copilot, Annex IV templates, DPIAs, risk classifier, AI literacy course, and on higher plans evidence automation, ISO 42001 and NIST mapping. Its pricing page says “From €39.00/mo”, with yearly plans Starter €390 (up to 5 AI systems, 3 users), Growth €1,290, Scale €3,490 and Enterprise €9,588, a 14-day trial with no card and a free Compliance Snapshot. If you are a small business that uses AI tools (a chatbot, ChatGPT, AI inside your software) and needs an inventory, an Article 4 literacy record and the dates, EURO AI Register does that free for up to 10 AI systems, or $19/month for unlimited. If you build AI or need DPIAs, team workflows and evidence automation, SetAIComply is the stronger choice.

Frequently asked questions

What is a SetAIComply alternative for small businesses?

If your business uses off-the-shelf AI tools rather than building them, EURO AI Register covers the inventory, the Article 4 literacy record, the Article 50 check and the dates. EURO AI Register is free for up to 10 AI systems, including the printable Article 4 literacy record; beyond that it is $19 a month or $190 a year flat, with unlimited systems. It runs in your browser with no account or upload.

How much does SetAIComply cost?

SetAIComply's pricing page, read on 14 Oct 2026, says from €39 a month. Yearly plans are Starter €390 for up to 5 AI systems and 3 users, Growth €1,290, Scale €3,490 and Enterprise €9,588. It offers a 14-day trial without a card and a free Compliance Snapshot.

Do we need to buy an AI literacy course or certificate for Article 4?

Not necessarily. The European Commission's AI literacy Q&A says there is no need for a certificate; an internal record of trainings or other guidance is enough. Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025, and national authorities supervise and enforce from August 2026. A dated literacy record is a practical starting point.

Is EURO AI Register enough for a small business under the EU AI Act?

For a deployer with a handful of non-high-risk AI tools, an inventory, a dated literacy record and an Article 50 check often cover the duties that apply today. It is a record-keeping tool, not proof of compliance. If a system may be high-risk or banned, get advice from a qualified lawyer.

When should a business pick SetAIComply instead?

Pick SetAIComply if you build or substantially modify AI systems and need Annex IV technical documentation and DPIAs, if several people must work in a shared EU-hosted workspace with approvals, or if you want evidence collection, shadow-AI scans or ISO 42001 and NIST mapping on its higher plans.

Do the high-risk rules apply from August 2026?

No. Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 set Annex III high-risk obligations for 2 December 2027 and Annex I (regulated products) for 2 August 2028.

Not legal advice. EURO AI Register and the Readiness Kit are record-keeping aids, not proof of compliance, not an audit and not a conformity assessment; the AI Act has no organisation-wide seal a tool can give you. If a system may be banned or high-risk, have a qualified lawyer review it. Unadhi is not affiliated with the EU or any EU authority.
