Free India tax deadline calendar, Oct 2026–Mar 2027: add every GST/TDS/ITR date to Google Calendar in 1 click
Why put tax dates in your calendar
Most late fees are not caused by missing money. They happen because a due date was in a PDF nobody opened. GST late fees, TDS late-filing fees and interest run per day, and a due date that falls on a Sunday does not move by itself. A calendar puts the date where you already look every morning, and a reminder three days earlier leaves time to collect invoices and challans or send them to your CA.
India's dates follow a few simple patterns. Once you know them, the calendar is just a safety net:
| Pattern | What is due | Who |
|---|---|---|
| 7th of every month | Deposit TDS/TCS deducted last month (March deductions: 30 April) | Every deductor/collector |
| 10th | GSTR-7 (GST TDS) | Government departments, PSUs and other notified deductors |
| 11th / 13th | GSTR-1 monthly (11th); quarterly QRMP GSTR-1 and optional IFF (13th) | GST-registered sellers |
| 18th after the quarter | CMP-08 | Composition taxpayers |
| 20th / 22nd / 24th | GSTR-3B monthly (20th); quarterly 22nd or 24th depending on your state | GST-registered businesses |
| 25th | PMT-06 tax payment in months 1 and 2 of a quarter | QRMP taxpayers |
| 30 days after month-end | Form 141 challan-cum-statement (was 26QB/QC/QD/QE) | Property buyers, tenants and others deducting without a TAN |
| 31 Oct / 31 Jan | Quarterly TDS/TCS statements, Forms 138/140/144/143 | Deductors/collectors with a TAN |
| 15 Nov / 15 Feb | Issue Form 131 (TDS) and Form 133 (TCS) certificates | Deductors/collectors |
| 15 Dec / 15 Mar | Advance tax instalments (75%, then 100%) | Anyone with ₹10,000+ tax for the year after TDS |
One-off dates in this window: tax audit report 21 Oct 2026 and audit-case ITR 21 Nov 2026 (both extended by CBDT Circular 07/2026, not for transfer-pricing cases), Form 3CEB 31 Oct and transfer-pricing ITR 30 Nov 2026, GSTR-9/9C for FY 2025-26 on 31 Dec 2026, belated ITR on 31 Dec 2026, and revised ITR (with fee after 31 Dec) on 31 Mar 2027.
Add it to Google Calendar (computer)
- One click: open this Google Calendar link while signed in and press Add. This subscribes you, so if we correct a date your calendar picks it up (Google refreshes subscribed calendars every few hours to a day).
- Or import a copy: download the .ics file. In Google Calendar open Settings (gear) → Import & export → Select file from your computer, pick the file, choose which calendar to add it to, then Import. Tip: first create a new calendar called "Tax deadlines" (Other calendars → + → Create new calendar) so you can hide or delete the dates in one go.
- Reminders: Google applies its own notification settings to subscribed and imported calendars. Open the calendar's Settings → Event notifications and set 3 days before (all-day events).
Add it to Outlook
- Outlook.com / Outlook on the web / new Outlook: Calendar → Add calendar → Subscribe from web, paste
https://mininglife7-dev.github.io/guides/unadhi-india-tax-deadlines-oct2026-mar2027.ics, name it "Tax deadlines", then Import. To import a one-time copy instead, choose Upload from file and pick the downloaded .ics. - Classic Outlook for Windows: File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file, pick the file, then Open as New (separate calendar) or Import (into your main calendar). Outlook keeps the 3-day reminder built into each event.
Add it on your phone
- iPhone / iPad: tap this subscribe link and choose Subscribe. Or go to Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar and paste
https://mininglife7-dev.github.io/guides/unadhi-india-tax-deadlines-oct2026-mar2027.ics. Apple Calendar shows the 3-day alert from the file. - Android: the Google Calendar app cannot import files. Add it once from a computer (steps above) and it appears on every phone signed in to that Google account. Check Settings → [calendar name] → Sync is on in the app.
Prefer a spreadsheet?
Download the spreadsheet version (.csv), which opens in Excel or Google Sheets: one row per deadline with the date, form, who must file and the official source URL, ready to filter or share with your accountant.
Common mistakes
- Trusting a calendar over a notification. Governments extend dates by notification, sometimes on the last day. Every event says "Check official portal for extensions"; do that a few days before.
- Waiting for a Sunday date to move. It doesn't, unless a notification says so. 18 Oct 2026 (CMP-08) and 15 Nov 2026 (Form 131) are Sundays. File early.
- Picking the wrong quarterly GSTR-3B date. QRMP filers in Telangana, AP, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Gujarat, MP, Chhattisgarh and Goa use the 22nd; most northern and eastern states and Delhi use the 24th. Delete the event that isn't yours.
- Still looking for Form 26Q. From tax year 2026-27 the statements are Forms 138, 140, 144 and 143. The TCS statement is now due on the 31st too, not the 15th.
- Importing twice. Importing the file again creates duplicate events. Use the subscribe link if you want updates.
Checklist after you add it
- Calendar shows 59 events from 7 Oct 2026 to 31 Mar 2027
- Reminders set to 3 days before (Google: in calendar settings)
- Deleted the 22nd or 24th GSTR-3B row that is not your state
- Deleted rows that don't apply to you (e.g. GSTR-7, CMP-08)
- Shared the calendar with your accountant or staff
Frequently asked questions
How do I add Indian GST and TDS due dates to Google Calendar?
Open the one-click Google Calendar link on this page while signed in and press Add, or download the free .ics file and use Settings → Import & export → Import in Google Calendar. It adds 59 all-day GST, TDS/TCS, advance-tax and ITR deadlines from October 2026 to March 2027.
Does the calendar include the quarterly GSTR-3B 22nd and 24th dates?
Yes. Both the 22nd-group and 24th-group dates are included for the July–September and October–December 2026 quarters, with the list of states in each event. Keep the one for your state.
Will I get a reminder before each due date?
Each event has a reminder 3 days before. Outlook and Apple Calendar use it directly; Google Calendar uses its own notification settings, so set '3 days before' for all-day events in that calendar's settings.
Are the dates official?
They were checked on 11 October 2026 against the GST portal tutorials, the Income Tax Department's form notes and Rule 218, and CBDT Circular 07/2026. This is a free independent calendar, not an official publication. Always check the official portal for extensions.
Can I open it in Excel or Outlook?
Yes. There is a spreadsheet version (.csv, opens in Excel and Google Sheets) with the date, form, who must file and the source URL, and the .ics file imports into Outlook on Windows, Outlook on the web and Outlook.com.
What happens if a date is extended?
Extensions are notified by CBIC or CBDT. If you subscribed with the link, we correct the file and your calendar updates; if you imported a copy, edit the event yourself. The event description reminds you to check the official portal.

Dates can be extended by notification, so check the official portal (gst.gov.in, cbic-gst.gov.in, incometax.gov.in) before you file.
