Short answer: They do different jobs, and FirmSaathi's entry price is lower than ours. FirmSaathi is practice-management software for Indian CA firms: compliance tasks with due dates that update when extensions are notified, a GST tracker synced with the portal, a client portal, documents, automatic WhatsApp reminders and billing. Its site (checked 23 Oct 2026) shows Solo at ₹800 a year (1 user), Firm at ₹5,000 a year (up to 8 users, 500 WhatsApp messages a month included) and Growth at ₹12,000 a year (up to 20 users), all before 18% GST, or ₹80/₹500/₹1,200 a month; every feature in every plan, unlimited clients, a 30-day free trial with no card and a 30-day money-back. Our White-Label Client Compliance Calendar is not software: it is four quarterly packs (DOCX, PDF, WhatsApp image, .ics, .xlsx) with your firm's name, to send to unlimited clients, at ₹999 a year. If you want reminders sent automatically and your work tracked, FirmSaathi is the better pick. If you only want a branded calendar to hand clients, start with ours.

The pain this page is about

“Clients ask every month when GSTR-3B or TDS is due.” Software can message each client automatically about their own filings. A branded calendar puts every national date in front of all clients once a quarter, under your firm's name, with nothing to set up.
