Short answer: Logik Systems offers ArAIsDLOG, an online EU AI Act governance workspace aimed at enterprise governance, audit and procurement: an AI system inventory, deterministic risk evaluations, compliance gap mapping, and controls linked to evidence, owners and recurring review cycles. Its pricing page (checked 28 Oct 2026) says the workspace is free (€0) with no subscription, and that official audit exports cost €499 net, one time, unlocking them for the organisation for life; VAT is added at checkout. EURO AI Register runs in your browser with no account and is free for up to 10 AI systems: an AI inventory, screening questions with article references, duties by role with dates, an evidence log and a printable Article 4 literacy record. Membership for unlimited systems is $19 a month or $190 a year. If you need a multi-person control system with owners, review cycles and an exportable audit document for enterprise buyers, Logik Systems fits that job. If you are a small business that first needs a free list of its AI tools and a literacy record, start with EURO AI Register.
The pain this page is about
“A large customer sent us a supplier questionnaire about AI. We need to show which AI systems we run, who owns each one and what evidence we keep.” That is a governance workspace job. “We just want to know which AI tools we use and what the AI Act asks of us” is an inventory job.
Why this matters now (official dates)
- Article 4 AI literacy has applied since 2 February 2025 to providers and deployers, whatever the risk level. As replaced by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, it asks organisations to take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff; it does not require them to guarantee a specific level for any individual. The European Commission's Q&A says there is no need for a certificate: an internal record of trainings or guidance is enough, and national authorities supervise and enforce from August 2026 (Commission AI literacy Q&A).
- Article 50 transparency duties (for example, telling people they are talking to a chatbot) apply from 2 August 2026 (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
- High-risk rules were moved by the Digital Omnibus on AI, Regulation (EU) 2026/1744: Annex III uses (such as recruitment and credit scoring) from 2 December 2027, and AI in regulated products (Annex I) from 2 August 2028.

What does EURO AI Register cost?
Free for up to 10 AI systems in your browser with no account. Membership is $19 a month or $190 a year (plus VAT where applicable) for unlimited systems, with a 14-day money-back promise.
Not legal advice. EURO AI Register and the Readiness Kit are record-keeping aids, not proof of compliance, not an audit and not a conformity assessment; the AI Act has no organisation-wide seal a tool can give you. If a system may be banned or high-risk, have a qualified lawyer review it. Unadhi is not affiliated with the EU or any EU authority.
