Free RERA ad-box checker for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh property ads

Free tool · Checked against official sources on 14 Oct 2026 · Not legal advice · Runs in your browser, nothing uploaded.

What it does: pick your state, tick what your ad already shows, and press Check. You'll see what's missing, why (with the rule it comes from), and for Telangana a copy-ready top-right box with your numbers filled in. It runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

This checker covers new-project ads. We didn't find a TG-RERA rule requiring RERA numbers on resale or rental posts. Our reading is that "any other visual medium" includes social posts and reels; treat that as our interpretation, not a ruling.

Want the full reasoning? Read our TG-RERA ad box guide and AP-RERA stamp guide.

FAQ

Does this tool make my ad RERA compliant?

No. It helps you spot missing details before you publish. Only TG-RERA or AP-RERA decides compliance, and this isn't legal advice.

Is my project data sent anywhere?

No. The checker runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded or stored by us.

Which rules does it use?

For Telangana, TG-RERA's public notice under Section 37 and its FAQ (checked on official PDFs). For Andhra Pradesh, AP-RERA's Annexure-I 'RERA Registered' stamp rule and FAQs. Links are in Official sources below.

Do agents have to show their own agent number in every ad?

We didn't find a TG-RERA rule that says so. Showing it is good practice, but we won't tell you it's mandatory.

Is this legal advice?

No. Not legal advice. Government websites change; we checked these sources on 14 Oct 2026.
