EURO AI Register terms of use
Not legal advice. EURO AI Register is a record-keeping and screening aid. It gives starting points based on your own answers. It is not legal advice, an audit, a certification or proof of compliance with the EU AI Act or any other law.
1. Who we are
EURO AI Register is a product of the Unadhi brand ("we", "us"). See Seller and contact.
2. The free edition
You may use the free edition (one AI system and up to ten evidence records) without an account or payment. It is provided as it is.
3. Membership and payment
Membership is sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record: Gumroad takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. Prices are shown on the membership page ($19 per month or $190 per year at the time of writing). Membership renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your Gumroad library or receipt, and it stays active to the end of the period you paid for.
4. Refunds
If the membership is not useful, email mininglife7@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Refunds are paid back through Gumroad to your original payment method, under Gumroad's processes. Statutory rights you have as a consumer are not affected.
5. Your responsibilities
- Check results against the official texts and take legal advice where a system is flagged as prohibited, high-risk or unclear.
- Keep your own backups. Your data is stored only in your browser and we cannot recover it.
- Do not share one licence key outside your organisation.
6. Accuracy and corrections
We check dates and rules against EUR-Lex and European Commission pages and show the date of the last check. Laws and guidance change. If you find an error, tell us at mininglife7@gmail.com: we aim to fix it within 48 hours of being told and record it in the roadmap change log.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the membership in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Code licence
The app's code is MIT-licensed. The EURO AI and Unadhi names are not licensed for use as your own brand.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Material changes for paying members will be announced before they apply.
