Refund and cancellation

This page covers the EURO AI Register membership and the EURO AI Governance Platform Team licence (same key), bought on Gumroad, and the EURO AI readiness review. For other Unadhi products, the refund period is stated on each Gumroad product page.

14-day money-back (Gumroad purchases)

• If a purchase is not useful, e-mail mininglife7@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase, or of your first membership payment, for a full refund.
• Gumroad processes the refund to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
• Prices are in US dollars. Gumroad shows the final price at checkout and adds EU VAT where it applies.

Cancel any time

• Memberships (monthly or yearly) can be cancelled at any time from your Gumroad Library or with the "Manage membership" link in your Gumroad receipt e-mail.
• Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing more is charged after that.
• Your data stays in your browser, so cancelling deletes nothing. Export a backup before you clear browser data.

Readiness review, audits and quotes

• Nothing is due until you accept a written quote. A request or a free sample creates no obligation.

Errors in our content

If a date or official source we used is wrong, tell us. We correct it and note the change in the public change log. If the error affected you, you can get a full refund under the 14-day policy.
