EU AI Act hub · EURO AI Register

EURO AI Governance Platform

One place to find the AI in your tools, sort it by EU AI Act tier, and keep signed-off records. It grows out of the EURO AI Register. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

What it does (Phase 1)

Discover

Paste or upload your SaaS list (CSV or text), or import an EURO AI Register backup. We match it against an open catalogue of 79 AI vendors. Each entry links to the vendor's own page describing its AI features.

Classify

A short question flow per system: Art. 5 prohibited practices, Annex III high-risk areas (with the Art. 6(3) derogation), Art. 50 transparency. Every answer cites the article. The result is a suggestion for human review, never a verdict.

Generate

AI inventory (CSV/print), Art. 4 AI-literacy record, Annex IV documentation skeleton, vendor DPA / AI-clause checklist, and a simple local append-only incident log with export.

Deadlines

Calendar file (.ics) with the key dates, plus an opt-in weekly re-scan reminder for your own calendar or e-mail. A weekly public digest of catalogue and deadline changes is generated every Monday; you can opt in to receive it by e-mail. Personalised automatic alerts are coming.

Named sign-off

Each record needs a reviewer name and date before it can be exported.

This tool gives suggestions to support your own review. It is not legal advice, and using it does not make any organisation meet the AI Act. A named person in your organisation reviews and signs off each record.
