EU AI Act Article 4 (AI literacy): guides by country

Last checked 13 Oct 2026

Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025 to every provider and deployer of an AI system. No certificate is needed; an internal record of trainings or guidance is enough (European Commission Q&A). Each country guide names the national authority only where an official source confirms it (European Commission list); otherwise it says the authority is not yet designated. Every local-language page has an English summary.
