Short answer: They do different jobs. Finexo PMS is practice-management software for Indian CA, CS and tax practices: it creates GST, ITR and TDS tasks with due dates automatically, assigns them to staff, tracks DSC expiry, sends bulk WhatsApp, SMS and email reminders, and handles billing and a client portal. Its pricing page (checked 24 Oct 2026) shows Premium at ₹5,999 a year (250 GST clients, 1,000 total clients, 10 users), Enterprise at ₹9,999, Ent-750 at ₹15,999 and Ent-1000 at ₹24,999, all billed yearly and excluding 18% GST, every feature on every plan, renewal at the same price, a free trial with no card and no refunds after purchase. Our White-Label Client Compliance Calendar is not software: it is four quarterly packs (DOCX, PDF, WhatsApp image, .ics, .xlsx) with your firm's name, for unlimited clients, at ₹999 a year. If you want your firm's work run from one system, Finexo is the better pick. If you only want a branded calendar to hand every client, start with ours.

The pain this page is about

“My staff track due dates in Excel and a WhatsApp group, and clients still ask what is due.” Those are two problems. Practice software fixes the inside of the firm: tasks, staff, filings, billing. A branded calendar fixes the outside: every client knows the month's dates, and the reminder carries your firm's name.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Finexo PMS cost?

Its pricing page (checked 24 Oct 2026) shows Premium at ₹5,999 a year, Enterprise at ₹9,999, Ent-750 at ₹15,999 and Ent-1000 at ₹24,999, billed yearly and excluding 18% GST. Every plan has every feature; tiers differ by GST clients, users and storage.

Does Finexo offer refunds?

Its FAQ says it does not offer refunds after purchase and recommends using the free trial first.

Does Finexo file GST returns?

No. Its pricing page says it tracks what is due and records proof of filing; filing happens on the government portal.

Is the ₹999 calendar a subscription?

It is a yearly licence sold as a Gumroad membership, so it renews yearly unless you cancel. Year one covers four quarterly packs, starting with your first pack.

Can I use both?

Yes. Practice software can run your firm's tasks while a branded quarterly calendar keeps every client aware of the national dates.

Not legal advice and not tax advice. The calendar is an independent reminder list, not an official government publication; your firm stays responsible for advice to clients.
