HaanJi (हाँजी) is an AI receptionist for dental and skin clinics in India. It answers the calls your staff miss (busy OPD, lunch, after closing, Sundays), speaks Hindi, English and Hinglish, answers your clinic's common questions (timings, location, fees you choose to share) and takes appointment requests, which your staff then confirm.
Who runs HaanJi
HaanJi is a small, founder-run business: HaanJi, based in India. It is not a company or LLP. When you call or message us, you speak with the founder.
What HaanJi is, and what it is not
- It is a software service. You pay for setup and a monthly subscription. Nothing physical is shipped.
- At the start of every call it says that it is the clinic's AI assistant. It does not pretend to be a person.
- It does not give medical advice, diagnose, or handle emergencies. It tells callers with an emergency to contact emergency services or the doctor directly.
- It takes appointment requests. Your staff confirm them. HaanJi does not promise a slot on the clinic's behalf.
Current status (honest)
You can try HaanJi today in a browser demo. Answering calls on your clinic's own number starts after our phone line setup, which is still in progress.
