Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Setup: no setup fee

• HaanJi charges no setup fee. You pay only the ₹4,000 monthly plan.

2. Monthly subscription

• ₹4,000 per month, paid in advance for each monthly cycle. The first cycle starts on day 15 after go-live. You pay nothing monthly during the first 14 days.
• Cancel anytime. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. A cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. The service continues until the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged after that.
• We do not give partial or pro-rata refunds for a monthly cycle that has already started.
• If we end the service ourselves (see Terms), we refund any monthly fee you have paid for a period after the service ends.

3. Payment mistakes

If you pay twice by mistake or pay more than you owe, we refund the extra amount in full, whenever you tell us.

4. How to cancel or ask for a refund

1. Send a WhatsApp message or call +91 91821 63868, or email mininglife7@gmail.com. A single message is enough, for example "Please cancel my plan."
2. We confirm receipt, normally within 1 working day.

5. How and when refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method. For UPI payments, that is the same UPI ID or bank account you paid from. For Razorpay payments (once available), that is the original card, UPI or bank account.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of your request. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.
• We refund the full amount you paid. We do not deduct any processing fee.
