What's included
- Done-for-you setup: we load your clinic's timings, services, location and FAQs, and help your staff set call forwarding from your existing number.
- Answering of missed and after-hours calls, from go-live, in Hindi, English and Hinglish.
- Appointment requests saved for your staff to confirm.
- Updates when your timings or fees change.
Taxes
We are not registered under GST at present, so no GST is added to these prices. If that changes, we will tell you in writing before your next billing cycle. Your receipt will show exactly what you paid.
Not included
- Charges from your own telecom operator for call forwarding, if your plan has any. These are between you and your operator.
How to pay
By UPI today. See the payment page. We plan to add card and net-banking payments through Razorpay later. After you pay, we send a receipt. Final terms are the ones on your written quote and receipt, together with our Terms & Conditions.
